House of Zwide launches on e.tv at 11AR’s with more than 4.2 Million people watching
The long-anticipated local production, House of Zwide, had South Africa watching and tweeting with a riveting premiere! The show trended at number 1 on Twitter for about 2 hours on its first episode with an overwhelmingly positive response.
The story about chasing dreams no matter where you come from struck a chord with many of Mzansi and the anticipation had over 4.2 million people glued to their screens when 7PM finally arrived.
The drama and intrigue continue as the already fan favourite Motlatsi Mafatshe aka Uncle Molefe debuts tonight (28 July) on House of Zwide. Mafatshe’s character is one of a loving brother and uncle in the Molapo family which you cannot help but love and hate at the same time! Molefe will cause a lot of tension in the Molapo household, whilst charming everyone with wit and humour and providing ongoing comic relief with the situations he finds himself in.
